Is D7 accepted in teacher training?
Grades D7 and E8 are not accepted into admission into any of the 46 Teacher training institutions in Ghana. Prospective Applicants seeking admission into a college of education must attain grade A1-C6 in all subjects, especially in the three core subjects.

What is Teacher Training Entry requirements for Foreign Applicants
Students applying with foreign qualifications are to be referred to the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) to determine if such qualifications is enough to qualify for admission into the College.
Can I get admission with F9 in maths?
E8 or F9 in Mathematics does not qualify a prospective applicant for the minimum requirement for admission to the four-year basic education programme in a college of education.
Admission Requirements for Visually and Hearing Impaired ?
The following is the general entry requirements for Prospective Visually impaired Applicants seeking admission into one of the Teacher training institutions.
WASSCE results holders : should have Credit Passes (A1-C6) in Two CORE subjects including English Language and Social Studies and Three credit passes in relevant elective
For SSCE holders :Credit Passes (A-D) in Two (2) CORE subjects including English Language and Social Studies and credit passes in Three (3) relevant elective

Previously, teacher training institutions conducted selection interviews prior to offering a prospective applicant admission. However, the current admission procedures focus on academic qualifications on an applicant.
